Kam served in several managerial and senior engineering positions with the Ontario Government for over 30 years, and has established a solid, unmatchable reputation amongst leading manufacturers of industrial machinery. CES is a member of Consulting Engineers of Ontario and the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies Canada.
